8 oz American wagyu, sharp white american cheese, french onion confirm leaf lettuce, brioche bun.

House made patty with cremini mushrooms, sweet potato, and black beans, topped with pickled red onion, chipotle tomato marmalade on grilled ciabatta.

Marinated chicken breast, gochujang bbq, sesame pickles and onions, mixed greens, tomato, chili aioli in a spinach tortilla.
Half Turkey Sandwich
BBQ turkey breast, leaf lettuce, tomato, brisket bacon, cheddar, cranberry chipotle aioli, seeded ‘everything’ sourdough.

Fried Tofu, Citrus slaw, house pickles, tahini ranch on ciabatta.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Fried chicken thigh dipped in house buffalo sauce, black garlic ranch, house pickles, leaf lettuce, brioche bun.

The Cheese
Gouda and Cheddar crusted brioche, cooper’s sharp american cheese served with tomato bisque ranch. Add brisket bacon.
Caesar Wrap
Artisan Romaine, aged parmesan, avocado, house sourdough crisps, chopped, dressing and wrapped in a spinach tortilla. Add marinated chicken breast or fried chicken thigh.
